Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and typically range between 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Local Pickup
Free local pickup is available at Wild Prairie Tea House inside Vintage and Rustics in Miles City, Montana. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Pickup hours follow our regular business hours and can be arranged by appointment if needed.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Wild Prairie Tea House is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. However, if your package is significantly delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
