Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any consumable items, including loose-leaf teas, custom tea blends, and other perishable goods. However, if you encounter an issue with your order, we are here to help resolve it promptly.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. To expedite the resolution process, provide your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item. We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund as appropriate.
Refund Eligibility
